Pack Adventures
In and around OxfordAbout Pack Adventures
My Pack Adventures are an excellent opportunity for your dog to socialise, exercise, and explore with a small group of friends. I head out to the parks, meadows, and woodlands around Oxford, where the dogs can run and play together in a safe and fun environment.
To ensure a great experience for everyone, the pack is kept small (maximum four dogs) and is best suited for friendly, social pups who enjoy the company of others.
If I have met your pup before, you can see availability and book your pack adventure through the link below
Options
Regular Weekly Adventures
I run scheduled group walks every Tuesday and on some Wednesdays/Thursdays. These 90-minute local adventures explore different routes around Oxford each week, giving the pack variety and new smells to discover.
Requirements for regular group walks:
Your dog must be social and friendly with other dogs
Reasonable recall (or comfortable on a long line)
Up to date on vaccinations
No serious aggression or reactivity issues
Comfortable travelling in the car (up to 20 minutes)
A meet-and-greet is required before joining the pack
Secure Field Pack Walks
For dogs who need extra space to really stretch their legs, or who are reactive/nervous in public spaces, I offer pack walks at a private, secure field about 20-25 minutes away. This is perfect for dogs who love off-lead freedom but need a controlled environment, or for high-energy pups who want to run at full speed without worrying about roads or other walkers.
These walks run when I have a minimum of 3 dogs booked - please book by Monday evening for Thursday availability.
Requirements:
Must tolerate other dogs (doesn't need to be best friends, but no serious aggression)
Up to date on vaccinations
Happy and experienced travelling in the car (up to 30 minutes)c.cc
'Buddy-Up' Walks
Need a last-minute walk or prefer a more flexible schedule? I also offer ad hoc group walks (up to 3 dogs) when my schedule allows. These follow the same social requirements as the regular group walks.
Usually, I will arrange for 1-1 walks, and automatically charge less if I can find a buddy to come along (assuming both pet owners are happy with that).
A Few Practical Details
Pick-up: I'll collect your dog from your home within the first 15-30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
Flexible Timing: Adventures are all about having fun, so they sometimes run a little longer than planned. However, if you need your dog back by a specific time, please make a note when booking, and I'll make sure I stick to it. Every adventure
Getting Started: All new pack members need a meet-and-greet first so I can make sure your dog is a good fit for group walks and everyone will be safe and happy together.
