My work is about (queer) bodies, light, looking inward, the EXPERIENCE of BEING a body.

I paint from life, Polaroids, photographs — my own body, bodies I've been close to, bodies I've been asked to paint. Sometimes the work is about harm. Sometimes about desire. Sometimes about showing that there is no one human body. Sometimes it's hard to tell.

I'm interested in who gets to desire, look, touch.
